REGISTRATION FEES:
50€ for WOW ITALIA and INTERNATIONAL members (iva al 22% inclusa)
100€ for NON WOW ITALIA and INTERNATIONAL members (iva al 22% inclusa)
THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
- Access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area
- Congress kit (notepad, pen, final program, technical sheets)
- Certificate of Attendance
- Catering services as outlined in the program
Registration for the Congress is required in order to attend the scientific sessions, both as participants and as authors of electronic communications.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Organizing Secretariat at info@lcfcongress.com
Refund: 30% of the paid fee will be reimbursed if the cancellation is received by the Secretariat no later than 20 days before the start of the event.
After this deadline: No refunds will be issued.
No-show: Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to any refund.

The abstract text must not exceed 500 words, excluding references (title and authors not included).
Submissions not selected for oral presentation may be presented as electronic posters, viewable on touch screen monitors at the Congress.

Wearing the badge is mandatory throughout your stay at the Congress venue.
The certificate of attendance will be sent via email the day after the conclusion of the Scientific Sessions.
PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO IMAGE HANDLING
As stated in the privacy notice, video and photographic recordings may be made during the Congress solely for the purpose of documenting the event. The resulting files will become part of the historical archive of LCF Congress Factory Srl and the event promoter and may be published on the organizers’ social media channels and/or institutional websites.
